Using the surplus funds generated from donations received during the Community Mass Marriage Program, the Mass Marriage Committee decided to purchase agricultural land situated at Revenue Survey No. 768/1, Vinzan, having a total area of 1.94.25 hectares.
Due to certain technical and legal constraints, the agricultural land could not be directly registered in the name of the Trust at the time of purchase. Therefore, the property was acquired through a registered sale deed in the name of the Trust Secretary, Mr. Abdul Khalid Haji Siddiq Hingora (Khirasara).
Subsequently, the land was converted into Non-Agricultural (N.A.) land through the prescribed legal process, with all related expenses being borne by the community fund. After obtaining the N.A. status, the Secretary transferred the property to the Trust through a Gift Deed.
The Gift Deed was formally accepted on behalf of the Trust by Mr. Yunus Haji Abdullah Hingora (President, Sandhav) and Mr. Husen Mamad Hingora (Treasurer, Arjanpar). The expenses towards stamp duty, registration fees, and other statutory charges were also paid from the community fund.
At present, this 19,425 square meter Non-Agricultural land is legally registered in the name of Hingora Education and Welfare Trust. The property is duly recorded with the Vinzan Gram Panchayat and is also registered with the Office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Bhuj.
This land serves as a valuable asset of the Trust and reflects the community's collective commitment towards long-term social, educational, and welfare development.
